At work we have some DOS machines running TCP/IP. Although I have no direct responsibility for this, I believe I have heard that they use WAT-TCP, the "WAT" being for University of Waterloo. If you want, I'll check into this on Monday, see what the licensing, cost (if any), etc. are, and see if I can find out where to get it.
