I've played through about 8 levels of Redneck Rampage under dosemu; it works reasonably well, but you should still save the game often. Use 1.1.3.7 (i.e. with testing patches) and with Stas Sergeev's experimental patches. I think that Redneck Rampage plays music and sound effects through the same device, so getting both to work under dosemu is pretty easy. Duke3D, on the other hand, plays music through a MIDI device, and getting it working often takes more effort. Oh, and set hogthreshold to 0 or you have to keep jiggling the mouse to keep dosemu from graciously giving up too many cycles to other processes and getting choppy sound and picture. > ps- Please cc me at [EMAIL PROTECTED]; I'm not on the list yet. Thanks! :) Done.
