insufficient memory for stsorbit plus

Hello,

I would like to run STSOrbit Plus (http://www.dransom.com/stsplus.html) under dosemu 1.0.2-bin. STSOrbit plus need 500KB to run. The command mem from freedos says it has 623KB free of conventional memory.
STSOrbit crashes saying "Insufficent RAM to run this version of STSOrbit." :-(

Do someone has an idea how to fix this, if it is fixable?
