I'm sure this has been asked many times before. I'd like to know how to get my fonts in a console session of session to look decent. Right now, line draw and fill characters look terrible.
Okay, here's the upshot after reading all your replies (many thanks!). Only one setting was needed: $_graphics (1). Of course that means I can only run that as root (or it has no effect). No other settings talked about here helped, other than that one.
I also find that Shift Tab does indeed work, as long as I use rawkeyboard.
