Can you verify that it is really 12 hours?  There is definately a bug that
will cause the date to do wierd things when the time hits midnight.  Check
the archive for more info (but don't try to use the patch I posted!)

I got some time today to work on it some more, and I think I have the problem
hacked around, but I'm going to wait until after midnight to make sure it
works before I post it.

I run two BBSes under dosemu, and it is definately a pain in the neck to
restart them every night.
