DosEmu & kernel 2.2.x

Hello DosEmu users,

I didn't use dosemu for a while, now i need it again.
As the web page is under reconstruction i decided to ask
it here: has anyone succesfully compiled dosemu under 2.2.x
kernel and which version i'm supposed to use?

P.S. I didn't find the archive of this list; if there is one,
pls show me where to go for it.
