[DOSEMU] What's with __rawmemchr?

Heya fellow DOS freaks.
I'm having trouble compiling 0.98.5 or 0.99.x on my glibc-2.1.x box; I get all the
way to the link, and it complains that lib/libbase-init.a can't find __rawmemchr
for parser.o. I got really confused because parser.c doesn't even use rawmemchr,
and it's including string.h anyway! Does this sound like a glibc problem or am I
just losing my mind?
