It's because RedHat distributes DOSEMU as SUID ROOT, and with the most
restrictive "/etc/dosemu.users" file, and because you're probably trying to run
it when not ROOT. Check the documentation for the "/etc/dosemu.users" file. If
you can't figure it out, then let me know and I'll try to refigure it out.
