I just noticed the bootdir feature in dosemu 0.98.6. Apparently it's been
there since the first release of 0.98, but I never noticed it. Well, when I
do what I'm told and copy all my relevant DOS files to my

          /var/lib/dosemu/bootdir

directory, and then set my boot pointer as

          $_hdimage = "bootdir"

I get the following error message when attempting to boot dosemu this way:

          ERROR: can't open /var/lib/dosemu/bootdir:
          #21 - Is a directory

Well, I know it's a directory. It's supposed to be a directory. What am I
missing? I really like the idea behind this feature. You supposedly no longer
have to create a hdimage. Just dump what you want in that directory and
execute dos or xdos from a terminal. I'd like to get that to work.
