hi all,
i'm having trouble accessing /dev/fd0 on my
linux 2.2.4-ac1 with glibc 2.1.1pre.
i tried both latest stable version and devel version
of dosemu, 0.98.6 and 0.99.10, compiled with
egcs 1.1.2.
i downloaded DR Dos 7.03 Lite from caldera.com.
# BTW, how can i dd those ldisk0?.144 images?
# on my linux box, it seems that image files
# are too big. so i used win95 box to make disks.
# i can boot a system with those disks just fine.
placing disk 1 in FDD and start dos with -A just
hungs, but using it's image, ldisk01.144 in this
case, in $_vbootfloppy in /etc/dosemu.conf works
just fine.
i'll put debug info at the end of this mail
$ dos -A -D+a-v -o debug.log
another quesion is:
how can i access to HDD image created with
mkfatimage16.
made a HDD image with mkfatimage16,
which i can access with mtools(mdir).
in /etc/dosemu.conf, i put:
$_hdimage = "dos_c.img"
where dos_c.img is the HDD image created with
mkfatimage16.
thank you for your time
