Just I have solved the problem:
-the program Tascbase has a copy protection: one time in the month the
program ask for the original CD
-unfortunately , just in this case, the CD-drive contents a music CD
- the program was not able to recognize this and die.
When I have removed the music-CD and put a normal CD-ROM inside, the
programs works pefectly.
