There is no such error before kernel-2.6.9-1.906_EL. Is anything change in kernel-2.6.9-5.EL to cause this error?
I don't know for 2.6.9-5.EL, but a while ago kernel requires a forwarding policy if packet is coming from a secure tunnel, otherwise the packet is dropped.
It is likely TAHI does not install this policy.
