Yes.

If you don't want them then configure the interfaces with just the address (/32 mask).

Tcpdump on bridge0 shows the packet looping.
Tcpdump on bond0 shows the packet looping.
Tcpdump on eth0 shows the packet go out, but tcpdump on eth1 does not show it
comming back in?!

No idea. But both bridgeing and bonding does make slightly strange things with the incoming packets, moving them from one interface (physical) to another (virtual)..
