Actually this is incorrect. The two applicable man pages are:
hosts_access (5) - format of host access control files
hosts_options (5) - host access control language extensions
The hosts_access man page describes the basic format of the access control
files, and the hosts_options man page describes the expanded format if the
tcp_wrappers were compiled with the c preprocessor variable PROCESS_OPTIONS
are defined to enable the language extensions.
