If you are new to Linux, it's probably better to stick to 2.0.* for
now. Also, unless you need a specific feature of ipchains, it might be
better to stick with ipfwadm.
The ipchains home page is http://www.adelaide.net.au/~rustcorp/. There
should be a reference to the necessary kernel patch there.
