A lame server delegation means that you have NTSERV.TTNS.NET listed as
a nameserver in the zone files for wcmonline.org, but NTSERV.TTNS.NET
is claiming that it isn't an authoritative server for the domain.
Make sure that NTSERV.TTNS.NET is configured to run DNS for the
domain, and that NTSERV.TTNS.NET is listed in an NS record.
