Which version of the driver are you using? I had the same problem (same
card),
but then I found a newer version of the same driver (I dunno why it wasn't
in
the kernel in the first place) and it worked perfectly. Check your eepro.c
for
version info. I've got 0.10d, and the comment imply that the problem with
the
Pro 10+ cards were solved in 0.10b.

If you want, I can send you my copy - I don't remember where I found it.
