You can either:

a) Find someone who administers a recursive nameserver in an
appropriate part of the 'net, and ask them if you can make use of it.

b) Pick DNS servers at random until you find one which will accept
recursive queries from anywhere. This is generally considered
impolite; it may even be illegal.

c) Use dig or nslookup to simulate a recursive query. This has the
advantage that you can test every nameserver in the chain, in case one
of the parent domains has multiple nameservers which are inconsistent.
