Oh, the most recent version of 3c59x.c is 0.99H .... it's included in
kernel 2.0.37pre4(or 36?). Btw, try to go to

        http://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/linux/drivers/vortex.html

Try to find the right version there.
