this should be OK. If you want to be sure, get to www.linuxrouter.org,
fetch the idiot-image, go to Paul Wauters' modmaker (cfr supra) and get
yourself a modules.lrp with ibmtr.o support. Put everything on a floppy,
and that that one with you when you go out to buy one. Boot the box from
floppy and see what gets detected.
We're using olicom NICs, Rogier Wolff wrote drivers for them, and they're
working rather well.
