Is IP forwarding enabled (RedHat disables forwarding by default)? To
check, use `cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward' (0 = disabled, 1 =
enabled).
If forwarding is disabled, either use the configuration tool, or
change the setting of FORWARD_IPV4 in /etc/sysconfig/network.
