Hi folks, I'm interested in building a cluster with 2 or more Computers running linux. The goal is to provide a redundant and speedy platform for Web-Server and database. I've read about the beowulf project, but unsure if I have to change the code of the webserver software (apache), too. Is it possible to build such a cluster only with the software from the beowulf project ? Can it be done with a recompile of the apache source after the bowulf software and libraries are installed? Has somebody experience with such a configuration?
