Virtual terminal & printk

Well....
Because kernel messages are displayed on the consol, 
it's uncomfortable to work on it.

If only one virtual terminal displays messages, it will be helpful.
Alt-F1 ~ Alt-F4 ??? are vertual terminals, right?
How can I make it work?
