        I am sorry that I didn't answer you earlier.
It seems to me that there's no way to do this with current
linux-routing staff. But I'd like to recommend you to visit

http://coombs.anu.edu.au/~avalon/ip-filter.html
  
and see what can be done with BSD. As I saw their NAT
command should 
allow to do what you want.
This staff is claimed to be working with linux 2.0.35, but
guess
patching kernels, compiling, etc wont be simple...
