Try looking at http://cpwright.villagenet.com/mserver/ it is a a modem
server and look at http://dragonfire.net/~cpwright/win95nt-mclient/ for
the windows client. mserver is a very good package that I have running on
my home lan, used by computer users who only use doze95. There have been
a number of improvements recently that have added alot of useful
functionallity.
