AIX ---> Linux

Hello There!!

I have a problem and need some help. We have a machine running AIX that
take care with all ours users. We finally decide to transfer the users to
a Linux machine but we've met a problem. How can I tranfer all users
from the AIX to Linux without loose the passwords from each user?
