actually, some time back i was also getting the same problem on my eth0, i
even posted to the list but the guys were surprisingly silent on that
otherwise chirpy list. I never got a reply, meanwhile i had a spare NE2000
clone which i put in place of the old one. It worked, the issue faded into
oblivion, over layers of reports, project commitment and deadlines....till
you brought up the issue.
I think the card is gone( dont quote me on that on though..just a
hunch)..in case the problem lies else where, i will keep sniffing the list
and keep you aptly posted..
