Hello to the List, I have a problem that has just started in the last few weeks, but first a quick run down on my setup

running Linux 2.0.36
using it as a gateway/Sub Net Router, firewall to the Internet, Mail server, FTP server.
I'm running the Firewall program "ipfwadm"
The Problem I'm having is that now when inside the firewall on the Subnet I am having to wait a long time (45 seconds to 2 minutes) for my SUB-NET LAN PC side of the Network to get a responce when we do the following. Send Mail, FTP into the server,  and Telnet into this server.
Everything works great if I don't run through the Firewall/SUB-NET and everything responds normal and runs normal. I have looked at the Log Files and I don't see anything weard in them. Does anyone have ANY Idea's of why my Linux Box has started doing this all the sudden?

Also I can run through the firewall great to the WWW or connect to any other place out side on the internet with FTP, TELNET and everything else I have tried it is just slow when I try to connect to the server itself from with in it's own SUB-NET, Receive Mail also works great with no slow downs It is just Send mail.
It has ran for almost a year with out a hitch until now.
Thanks in advanced for your help
