Or ET/BWMGR, now available for LInux (should be released officially today
or tomorrow, as soon as the docs are finished).
 
It includes integrated graphing of any IP address, network or traffic type
and high speed bandwidth management for busy networks. ( i WILL NOT call it
a "shaper"!)
