Make sure you've compiled your kernel with NE2000 support (isa and/or
pci boerds). Checkout your /etc/lilo.conf and see if you've added
append="ether=0,0,0,eth ether=0 0,0,0,eth1" (kernel will autodetect just one
NIC at boottime unless you force it to detect more). Other way is to compile
NIC's drivers as loadable modules and to probe the address space (modprobe ne
io=0x300).
If you've already tried that, unplug each of the NICs and see the io address
space and interrupt they use. If IO/INT of the NICs are the same, you
probably will have to setup the cards with the manufacturer's software.
