I am having trouble getting the second of two AMD pcnet32 10/100 ethernet
cards recognized. One comes up, the other does not, and when I physically
swap the cards the reverse happens (so I know both cards are good).

dmesg shows:

  The PCI BIOS has not enabled the AMD Ethernet device at 0-80. Updating
PCI command 0003->0007.
eth0: PCnet/FAST+ 79C972 at 0xfca0, 00 10 83 01 a8 da
pcnet32.c:v0.99B 4/4/98 DJBecker/TSBogend.
  The PCI BIOS has not enabled the AMD Ethernet device at 0-88. Updating
PCI command 0003->0007.
pcnet32.c: Probe of PCI card at 0xfcc0 failed.

(but with the cards swapped 0xfcc0 is recognized and 0xfca0 fails)

Perhaps there is a newer version of pcnet32.c that I could try?

I have the following in lilo.conf:

        append="mem=384M ether=10,0xfcc0,eth1"

I guessed at the IRQ, but without this line I get similar results.

I am running RH 5.2 with 2.0.36.
