Hi JC

Go to www.xfree86.org and download the lastest version of X. I dont know if
you can just update the SVGA server, I think you will need more packages.
You can find info of which you need on the website.

 What kind of AGP card are you using, there are some experimental X-servers
for cards like TNT Riva and Matrox G200. I think they are at suse or
something. Remember that there may be optimalised servers for your card, so
you dont neccesarily have to use the SVGA server.
