You can use smbmount, just pass it your username with -U, ie.

smbmount //DLKAPP/PUBLIC /mountpoint -U username

It will then prompt you for your password.  You need to have a username
and password on the NT domain for this to work though.  If you do not
have one ask your NT network administrator to create one for you.
