Hi!

I have two leased line connected to two routers running
FreeBSD and connected to fiber optic backbone.
I need dynamic routing through this lines, and I use
gated for this.
I run RedHat 6.0 (but tried also on 5.*) and gated 3-5-10
on my side and gated 3-5-9 on FreeBSD.

All incoming RIP upadates comes to 224.0.0.9 from BSD, but my side
doesn't get it due to lack of multicast functionality.

Here is gated output:
May 28 09:26:15 trace_on: Tracing to "/var/log/gated.log" started

Seems multicast is on on my slip interfaces...

How to turn on multicast on sl*?

Regards, Sergey.
