hello folks,

i have a recently installed redhat 5.2 system that keeps complaining
in dmesg about:

Warning: possible SYN flood from 192.168.0.25 on 192.168.0.5:635.
Sending cookies.

the machine at 192.168.0.25 is a sun utlra sparc running solaris 2.5.1.
the redhat system seems to be runnig fine for the most part, although
the sun complans that there is no network locking on the redhat system
which is NFS exporting some file systems to the sun.

any help, pointers, rtfms (with a pointer to the fm), etc. are welcomed.

tia,

//daryl
