Fully agreed here. I see exactly the same thing. At some random time
after starting CBQ based traffic shaping (anywhere from 10 minutes to 4
hours -- which seems somewhat related to the traffic load) the machine
just stops sending out packets on the interface in question. Other
interfaces remain functional (even others with CBQ traffic shaping).
