Well, you've got a domain registered (hopefully to your IP) so now nothing
can stop you from installing/configuring BIND and running your own DNS
server. You should be able to add new domains  for virtual hosts/whatever.
But you still will have to deal with the fact that you have only one
worldwide visible IP address unless you purchase a block from Internic (I'd
wait with that thought). I do not think you'll have a problem working around
that problem though.

Gee. That's a LOT of machines for a small ISP. I ran mine from a single P133
box that did routing / www / mail / proxy / ftp / dialup, etc.
