I'm seeing hard lockups when I use ifconfig in certain cases.
I have the Znyx 10/100 ethernet 4-port NIC and two different brand
no-name intel eepro100 NICs sitting in an HP-LPr. The Znyx takes the
first four eth0-3 interfaces (tulip driver) and the other two cards
take eth4 and eth5.
When I boot the box, these interfaces are ifup-ed in order.
Afterwards, if I ifdown one of the intel cards, then ifup it, the box
hangs hard.
Anyone see this before?
