Well as a _CHIEF_ nerd I think that you should know about
http://freshmeat.net where a search after "log analyser" turn on about a
gadzillion results.
But look at what I use:
http://www.mrunix.net/webalizer/
It gives you nice graphs and statistics and is GPL.
