Hi,
short question: what is the correct behaviour if a connection can not be
acceptet because the backlog ist full. Linux seems just too drop the
received syn-packet in this situation.
But one of the www-proxies of our provider seems to send a TCP RST when
receiving to many simultanious connections, which is rather annoying with
netscape. Is this behaviour allowed?
