Hello!

I have just released two programs useable in connection with bandwidth
management and monitoring:

  wipl:
A new version of my previously released wipl program. This program
is able to monitor the packets sent on a LAN or internet connection
and create html pages with statistics such as current transfer speed
    of different machines.

  wrr:
An extension to the Linux 2.2 kernel which makes it possible to
distribute bandwidth fairly between machines on a LAN sharing
a common internet connection. Is currently used at a site with
    200 machines.

See the page http://monitor.dkik.dk/wipl-wrr for more information.
Also a short document giving an introduction to the trafic control
features of the Linux 2.2 kernels can be found there.

I hope this is the correct mailing list for this announcement. If not,
please redirect me to the correct mailing list.
