You'll need a switch, not a hub for full duplex, thinking you can do full
duplex on a Hub is wishing for magic without having given the actual
workings two seconds of thought.
Also, unless that switch AND the cards support Flow Control packets,
expect severe packet loss and resulting lower effective bandwidth in
congested situations.
Full duplex is really only good for selling cards to management, not in a
real life production network, there you'll be better off going for half
duplex, locked down on both ends, NO auto negotiation.
