OK : you have to fetch e-mails from your ISP's pop (on pop3.my_isp.com for
example). To do this, you can use "fetchmail", that's included in RedHat
softs (most of time) and that's very simple to configure. With it, each
time you'll connect to your ISP, (to the internet in general), you would
be able to catch up these e-mails.

Let me tell you that if you can't stay connected to the internet (if you
only have a phone access via your ISP), this shouldn't be a so good idea
to build up your own mail server : those two questions appear to me
"uncompatible"... :)
