redirection with ipchains

      Internal                  Gtw                    Internet
   192.168.x.x --------202.53.x.x------------------

our web on 192.168.x.x, i want to redirect our official web to that machine
(192.168.x.x) with ipchains.

how can i redirection ip or port with ipchains ?
