Linux Webservers

Hi Guys. can someone point me to some links on Linux security or maybe just give me a bit of a inside edge on what I should be looking for? We are running a couple NT web servers but im really looking at wanting to switch to Linux servers running Apache.. (is this a good choice?) what i want to know is there any links I can check out that can assist me setting up these Linux servers? I know that you dont want this list flooded with newbie questions, but I would really like to set some of these servers, but I would also like to know about locking this server down, there are holes that need to be pluged right??
