I'm not familiar with the Farallon (we use HP JetDirect and Lantronix),
but you may be able to configure it to act as an "lpd" compatible print
server.  Follow the instructions in the Farallon manual, then check the
Red Hat docs for info on setting up a remote print queue to the Farallon.

If your linux kernel is configured for Appletalk support (Red Hat probably
is), you might check out
http://artoo.hitchcock.org/~flowerpt/projects/linux-netatalk/. Netatalk
allows linux systems to print to Appletalk printers.
