Commercial Apache+SSL can be had in the RedHat E-Commerce package
for $149US, presuming that you are in the US or Canada.

For telnet and ftp, look at "Applications" on the OpenSSL site
<http://www.openssl.org/related/apps.html>. You'll find several
implimentations of telnets and ftps both daemons and clients.
