The current default maintainer is [EMAIL PROTECTED], in the
person of Craig Leres, I believe, but I understand that this
is something of a black hole these days. Vern Paxson tells
me that there are plans afoot to find a long-term solution
in terms of maintenance for tcpdump. When something is more
official, I will put a small note on the LBL Network Research
Group web page.
