AMD K6-x cpus do not support dual cpu operation. Athlon dual
motherboards/chipsets have not been released, so it is also relegated to
single cpu operation.

Should work.

What do you intend to be servering, how many hits, etc.

You might be better served by a K6-3 (256K chipspeed L2), on a 2MB L2/3
cache motherboard (FIC PA2013 2MB version), and 256-512MB of ram instead
of the dual cpus.

It all depends on what you are serving, what kind of pipe you are serving
on, etc.
