By "any of the normal recipient headers", I'm referring to the headers
which normally contain a recipient address (and nothing else), i.e.
To:, CC:, BCC:, Apparently-To: and Apparently-CC:

The Received: header isn't a normal recipient header in this sense.
Nor is it guaranteed to contain the recipient address; some MTAs will
include it and some won't.
